Refund policy
1. Orders for perishable or ready‑to-cook / ready-to-eat food items cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. ( See if this is applicable)
2. Cancellations may be requested before shipment with proper order ID. Non-perishable items may be returned if unused, unopened, undamaged, and notified within 24 hours of receipt with evidence.
3. Defective, damaged, expired, or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days of approval and via the same payment method.
5. No refunds for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. We shall not accept claims for delivery delays due to force majeure, minor variations in packaging, or customer’s change of preference.
7. Our liability in such cases shall not exceed the actual price paid for the product.
